GRANT GUIDELINES
Frequently Asked Questions
The Foundation Board has allocated $6,000 for Grants for the 2025-2026 school year.
Teachers and administrators may apply for Grant funding for innovative curriculum development projects.
Priority will be given to projects that:
1. Focus on academic, career/college access
2. Integrate the project into the curriculum
3. May be shared by more than one classroom/school
4. Have the potential to be ongoing and/or have long-term effects.
Grant funds MUST be used as stated in the Application. Otherwise, the funds will revert back to the Foundation.
Grant funds MUST be spent prior to March 1, 2026 or the funds will revert back to the Foundation.
Grant recipients will be required to submit an Online Grant Evaluation documenting the challenges and successes of implementation.
All grant-funded materials are the property of the Cumberland County Public School system and must remain with the school.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Submission is by online only.

Upon submission your Principal is prompted for review.
Grant applications must be submitted BY SATURDAY, MARCH 15, 2025 PRIOR TO 5 PM.
GRANT NOTIFICATION
Grant winners will receive a "Status" letter in mid-April, be recognized at individual school Awards Programs and be posted on the Foundation's web page after the High School Awards Celebration.
DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS
The Foundation will make Grant funds available to the appropriate school for use by the Grant winners by JULY 31.
